Job Title: Locum Therapy Assistant Banding : 4 Start date: ASAP Duration: 3months Location : London Working Hours: Monday to Friday Rate : £ 13- £ 17 We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Locum Therapy Assistant to join our team in the Department of Elderly Care in London. This role is essential in supporting the delivery of high-quality therapeutic care to our elderly patients. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to enhance patient well-being and recovery. What will your responsibilities be: As a Locum Therapy Assistant, you will assist in the implementation of therapy programs, support patients with their rehabilitation exercises, and provide encouragement and motivation. You will help in the preparation and maintenance of therapy equipment, document patient progress, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. Your role will also involve collaborating with therapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
