Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Human Capital (HC) Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary About the role Support the delivery of Social Media activity across both paid and organic channels for the Employer Brand team as well as supporting digital activities such as minor web or CRM updates, reporting across the digital channels we work across. This role will work across both audiences; Early Careers and Experienced Hire attraction campaigns as well as firmwide activity we run. This is a hands-on delivery role reporting into the Social Media Manager, leveraging all of the channels within our remit to activate social and digital activity. What your days will look like: Manage organic content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and an Employer Advocacy channel, with potential expansion into additional platforms. Proficient in native content posting and utilization of tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, YouTube publisher, Sprout Social, and Hootsuite. Assist in executing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and others, including audience building. Support campaigns targeting school leavers, university students, experienced professionals, and overarching Employer Brand initiatives. Handle engagement duties such as monitoring mentions, comments, and direct messages. Contribute to social media delivery by creating branded imagery, assisting with film production (including Reels), conducting social media listening, and generating reports, while participating in team projects as needed. Collaborate with website and CRM teams on minor edits, email creation, and reporting activities. This role is for you if: Proficient in scheduling and creating content across paid and organic social media channels plus experience in Google Ads for keyword search campaigns and an understanding of diverse content types for different audience segments. Skilled in data reporting and analysis using tools such as Alteryx and Power BI, with the ability to narrate insights through analytics and engagement reports for the channels you work with. Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, particularly Premiere Pro, as well as Canva for asset creation. Technical mindset with a basic understanding of HTML, email design and marketing strategies. Highly organised and autonomous, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments. Experienced with highly governed brands, adhering to strict guidelines, and passionate about contributing to Employer Branding efforts.
