Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated one-to-one support to primary-aged students with complex needs and physical difficulties.
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to cater to the unique requirements of each student.
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes social and emotional development.
- Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic learning experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with primary-aged students with complex needs and physical difficulties.
- Familiarity with a range of strategies and interventions to support students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Relevant training or experience in supporting children with complex needs and physical difficulties.
