About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic, engaging, and motivated Receptionist/Office Manager to provide support to the firm and clients as part of our friendly Business Services team.
You will work from our Rangiora office and be responsible for maintaining a professional front desk at all times. You will be the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and stakeholders to SRB. The Receptionist/Office Manager will also perform personal assistant tasks to support our Rangiora staff.
You will have previous experience in the legal industry and possess a natural ability to build relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience. We have an inclusive and respectful culture within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Skills and experience required:
* 5+ years’ experience in a reception capacity, preferably in a professional services environment or similar
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Excellent organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
