LRM Planning are looking to expand the team to address our ongoing healthy workstream across Wales and England. We are a small team with offices in Cardiff and Exeter and we pride ourselves on a positive workplace environment and close-knit approach to working. We are looking for a candidate to work on strategic site promotion and large scale planning applications in the South of England on residential and mixed-use urban extensions. Preferably with between four and fifteen (plus) years’ experience. The role will be either Senior Planner, Principal Planner, or Associate level depending upon experience. It can be based in either our Cardiff or Exeter Office with the ability for hybrid working on a flexible basis subject to level. We would consider more than one role depending upon the candidates.
Roles at LRM Planning are well suited to planners with a firm understanding of development management and planning policy, who possess good written skills, work well with people, thrive in a team environment, and demonstrate adaptability to working on a variety of projects.
