Maintenance Builder/Multi-trader SW London
My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance builder based at a historic site in SW London. You should have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include:
1. Roofing including repairing tiles
2. Flat roofs
3. Painting and decoration
4. Small brickwork
5. Fencing
6. General maintenance duties around the site
Hours: 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 depending on experience
