A leading IT Consultancy is looking to recruit several customer service specialists to support a key end client. This is a fully onsite position based at their end client in Manchester City Centre.
You will
* Handle in-bound and out-bound calls, responding to customer complaints.
* Escalate problems to the technical team or Supervisor.
* Update customer information in the company database.
* Provide information about new and existing products and services.
* Track and process new orders and refunds.
* Make sales and process payments when necessary.
* Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
