This is an exciting time to be at Arm, as a recently-listed company, as the business continues to grow and evolve The role plays a key part in delivering Arm’s consolidated external financial reporting, and is a great opportunity to develop professionally and gain experience in a thriving Finance team. Responsibilities Take a central role in consolidating the financial performance and position of the Arm Group using SAP S/4 HANA Group Reporting to support quarterly public company requirements and Group reporting to Softbank. Drive continuous improvement and automation of systems and processes to improve quality and efficiency of financial reporting. Produce high quality supporting excel-based working papers to facilitate IFRS & US GAAP quarterly disclosure requirements. Support Corporate level accounting by producing excellent support and posting journals through SAP S/4 HANA. Actively collaborate with internal teams across Arm Finance to deliver reporting on a quarterly cadence. Work with Arm’s external auditors and will support Arm’s internal control environment by operating and documenting compliance with relevant controls, including controls relevant for SOx. Required Skills And Experience ACA/ ACCA qualified or part-qualified accountant (or similar qualification). Strong knowledge of IFRS and its application to consolidation and reporting. Ability to balance contending asks and prioritize work, operating autonomously and can thrive in a fast paced and varied environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to develop effective cross-functional relationships. Strong attention to detail. “Nice To Have” Skills And Experience Knowledge of US GAAP and differences versus IFRS is helpful, but not essential. Prior knowledge of S4-HANA (SAP) is helpful, but not essential.
