Learning & Development Administrator
A super new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and efficient Learning & Development Administrator to join our clients who are enjoying business growth. Ideally, you will have experience with online learning and using a Learning Management System.
Note that this is a temp to perm part-time position for 20 hours a week over 3 days (these hours/days could increase in the future). Office or hybrid working is offered.
Salary - c.£30-34K (full-time equivalent) pro rata depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* All aspects of user account management (account creation, assignment of learnings, reporting, troubleshooting)
* Completion reporting
* Mailbox monitoring
* Maintenance of documents/records associated with the Learning Management System
* Management of CPD accreditations
* Production support during online training programmes (training will be provided)
* Management of registrations and communications
Requirements:
* Previous experience within Learning & Development highly desirable
* Experience in online learning or using a Learning Management System advantageous
* Strong organisational, verbal and written communication skills essential
* Excellent MS Office skills are a must
* The ability to manage your own workload and work to deadlines required
