Are you a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused professional? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Glasgow! As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, managing enquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
What You’ll Do
* Welcome customers with a warm and professional approach.
* Handle incoming calls, directing them efficiently to the right team members.
* Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.
* Manage bookings and appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling.
* Update the CRM system accurately with customer details and interactions.
* Assist with general enquiries, providing helpful and friendly support.
* Maintain an organised, inviting reception area to enhance the customer experience.
* Support administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and filing.
What We’re Looking For
We need a customer service superstar who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people.
* Previous experience in customer service or reception (automotive experience is a bonus but not essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a natural people person!
* Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information.
* A professional, calm, and solution-focused attitude, even under pressure.
