As a Senior Project Manager, you will work on an account for a global airline, handling multiple top-tier projects to ensure consistency and quality of delivery. You will manage the campaigns from start to finish, working closely with all disciplines and agency partners. This is a client-facing role with ownership and responsibility for timings, scope of work, staffing plans, budgets, and logistics.
The day-to-day stuff:
* Lead forward planning, holding regular status meetings with your account teams to keep communication open.
* Set up and run ignition meetings at the beginning of every project, ensuring all are clear on the agreed actions/plan discussed.
* Partner closely with Account Handling and discipline leads to manage client scope of works across multiple channels.
* Produce fee estimates together with a scope of work document, gaining the relevant approvals before starting the work.
* Track and report incremental scope opportunities.
* Produce and follow accurate timing plans, agreed with all parties.
* Work closely with the Project Director, Creative Services Director, ECD, and Studio Manager to define and book resources.
* Schedule and attend all creative review meetings, ensuring they start and finish on time with clear deliverables.
* Hold regular catch-ups with the Account Management team to monitor workflow.
* Attend production meetings and client presentations as required.
* Ensure client expectations are set and met appropriately.
* Advocate for all internal processes.
* Ensure the right people are involved at each key stage of the project.
* Collaborate with other Project Managers to plan and prioritize live projects.
People Management:
* Be the calming and motivating influence in the team.
* Use knowledge of individuals' strengths to ensure effective teamwork.
* Communicate project changes quickly and clearly.
* Apply strong written and verbal communication.
* Be the go-to person/lynchpin of the project.
Budget Control/Financial Management:
* Produce fee estimates and gain approvals before starting the work.
* Ensure the creative teams know their available time on a project.
* Attend weekly financial meetings to review financial status on live projects.
* Accurate estimating and management of client approvals.
* Issue purchase orders to suppliers and check against invoices.
* Reconcile every project on completion.

* Demonstrate a solid track record of managing & mentoring junior project managers.
* Previous experience in an agency environment.
