Assisting all members of the Legal team and Head of Legal generally, including assisting the procurement team with the supplier contract review process, utilising the contract AI system where appropriate. You will also: conduct general contract reviews; legal overviews and summaries of trading agreements; drafting contract variations and various deeds relating to trading agreements (for review by Legal Counsel); legal research; horizon scanning for changes in law and regulation; monitoring group company filing deadlines and assisting with filings at Companies House; assisting with PCL legal precedents and procedures (NDAs; legal due diligence on proposed counterparties; and other proforma documentation) Who are we looking for If you’re an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work collaboratively with others and are looking to make a difference, this is a brilliant opportunity to advance your career to the next level with our sector-leading company.
