JOB – Director of Food & Beverage
LOCATION – Kerry, Ireland
TERM – Permanent
SALARY – €60,000 -€65,000 per annum
A Kerry based luxurious hotel are looking for a Director of Food & Beverage to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Director of Food & Beverage will ideally have the following attributes:
Qualifications in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
Previous experience as a Director/ Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or similar within a luxury environment.
Good understanding & experience of Food & Beverage service to a 5* level.
Excellent attention to detail & customer focused attitude.
Good understanding of operations – payroll, budgeting etc.
Strong understanding of relevant health & safety regulations.
Strong communication skills.The duties & responsibilities will include:
Responsible for all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel’s facilities including restaurants, bars, private events, lounges etc.
Overseeing the Food & Beverage department to ensure standards are being met at all times.
Work closely with HR during recruitment processes.
