A Typical Day in the Job: Assist with video content creation, photography, email campaigns, blog posts, printing, brochures, and tracking analytics. Operate cameras, audio, and lighting equipment for content creation. Create briefs, scripts, and storyboards for content projects. Understand and manage budgets and analyse return on investment. Utilise Constant Contact and a bespoke CMS system for content management. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D) and external clients. Use Adobe Suite and Google Analytics for content creation and performance tracking. Engage with social media outreach by liking and responding to comments. Track campaign data to analyse click rates, website traffic, and overall performance using Google Analytics. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £17,000 per annum.
