2. Liaise with our third-party web development partner to define bug fixes and features to be implemented on the Blue Cross website.
3. Co-ordinate our agile product process with the Senior Digital Product Manager including backlog refinement and prioritisation, story writing, sprint planning, UAT etc.
4. Test ideas and concepts in an audience-centric, insight driven way.
5. Work with the wider digital team to deliver our search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy, with a specific focus on technical SEO.
6. Support the wider digital marketing team on projects and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and action in line with our strategy.
About you
You’ll be passionate about using digital skills to help pets and people in need. You will have experience of managing websites to engage users and using data, insights, and your own knowledge to optimise online activities. You will enjoy solving problems and be familiar with the stages of digital product management.
You’ll be confident working with stakeholders from different levels and skillsets to define requirements and develop audience-focused solutions. You will have good knowledge of web content management systems and be comfortable communicating with developers and external technical agencies to make things happen.
