Job Description
Plant Pharma are partnered with one of our leading Pharmaceutical clients who are seeking to hire a Maintenance Building Services Technician for their site in Hatfield.
You would be delivering a high standard of mechanical and electrical services throughout the business, within the estates engineering team. To plan and undertake routine scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance as required within critical and non-critical environments.
* The closure of remedial and service requests
* Work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and safety standards.
* Monitor BMS for running equipment and responding to alarm conditions.
* Engineering experience in similar regulated environment
* Good awareness of Health and Safety
* Multi-Skilled in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
* Experience on steam boilers – blowdowns and water treatment.
* Domestic and low temperature hot water systems.
Key Requirements:
* City & Guilds electrical qualification or equivalent (BS7671 & C&G 2391)
* City & Guilds mechanical qualification or equivalent
* Educated to ONC/HNC
* Excellent verbal and written English skills
