The Role The Lead on Governance is a pivotal role within Lighthouse Schools Partnership. This position is very important for the trust and the job description is carefully curated to meet our current needs. This role has developed due to recent growth within Lighthouse Schools Partnership. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of Governance, ideally within the Education Sector, a positive, pro-active work ethic and the ability to develop, support and influence others. The Lead on Governance will take a key role within our Central Team offering advice and guidance across our trust to ensure we are operating efficiently and effectively in all areas of governance. This role sits within our Central Administration Team, reporting to the Head of Administration. The Lead on Governance will be based at the Central Team office and will need a flexible approach to their work including evening meetings and working remotely.
