This position plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our construction repair projects, ensuring efficient administrative functions and effective coordination of business activities are upheld. Role Overview & Responsibilities: Manage Repair Requests: Oversee the logging, tracking, and resolution of repair requests from insurance companies ensuring timely and effective responses. Coordination with Contractors: Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to schedule and oversee repair work, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with health and safety regulations. Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets related to repair and maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions and value for money. Performance Monitoring: Track and provide a weekly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to repair response times, costs, and quality of work on a weekly basis. Policy Holder Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with Policy Holders regarding repair schedules, progress, and any potential delays. Compliance: Ensure all repair activities meet regulatory and organisational standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the repairs management process.
