Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Women's & Children's Divisional Management Team as a Divisional Personal Assistant. The division consists of Maternity, Gynecology and Paediatrics. You will need to be self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Main duties of the job You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Divisional Management Team and will be Personal Assistant to the Chief of Division, Divisional Operational Director, Deputy Divisional Operational Director, Divisional Director of Nursing, Divisional Director of Midwifery and Deputy Divisional Director of Midwifery. You will support the Divisional Management Team with administration of regular and ad hoc meetings, including writing minutes. You will also need to be an effective decision maker to ensure the varied and challenging workload is managed to the high standards required.
