Performance Lead the effective delivery of Performance Management targets in the Division. Development and implementation of a robust Pharmacy Key Performance Indicator monitoring mechanism this will include regular evaluation and reporting to the Clinical Director. Working with and advising with the Health Boards information department on timely and accurate reporting on Pharmacy KPIs ensuring that all key events and adjustment points are incorporated in the final reported outputs for the Division. Provide specialist advice and guidance on complex and sensitive issues in compliance with Health Board and Government targets. Manage compliance with data quality standards for Pharmacy, ensuring information is dealt with in legal, secure, efficient and effective ways. Analyse complex performance targets to test compliance and identify areas for improvement. Work with Senior Pharmacy Staff to lead discussions and negotiations regarding service improvement and performance Respond to urgent situations regarding the Pharmacy service pathway process and be responsible for implementation of a resolution. Ensure full compliance to standards of WG practice is consistently achieved within the resources available across the Division to develop a range of protocols and procedures that support robust performance monitoring across the Division
