12 Month Industrial Placement Scheme - Business Analyst
Discipline: Global Manufacturing Engineering & Technology (GMET)
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £24,500, Share Scheme, Pension, Flexible working, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
We currently have exciting opportunities for industrial placement students to join Caterpillar across several of our sites. You will have the opportunity to work with others across our organisation and be directly involved in strategic projects.
*Eligibility: You must be in your penultimate year of study unless enrolled in an integrated master's program.

Who are we looking for?
You should demonstrate teamwork, strong communication skills, and be self-motivated with an enthusiasm for problem-solving. A predicted 2:1 Honour's degree or equivalent in a Business-related subject is required.

Stage one - Video Interview: If selected, you will complete a video interview reviewed by the Hiring Team.
Stage two - Assessment Centre: The Assessment Centre Day will assess behaviours such as teamwork, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving.
Stage three - Offer: After the Assessment Centre, offers will be extended to preferred candidates.
