What you'll do As the Senior Stylist at Zest studios within Sainsbury's creative agency, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of top-tier creative content, focusing on producing PR and Campaign level content across various mediums for brands such as Sainsbury's, Argos, Habitat, Tu, and Nectar. You will play a critical role in upholding creative excellence by setting high styling standards, mentoring and managing Junior Stylists, and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain production budgets, and drive continuous improvement in creative output, all while staying abreast of industry trends and leading and inspiring through your innovative approach to styling and production. Who you are As a Senior Stylist at Sainsbury's Zest studios, you are a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in producing high-quality visual content across various platforms and mediums. Your expertise in styling for lifestyle, interiors, and food, combined with your leadership and mentorship skills, allows you to deliver exceptional creative output and guide junior stylists in developing their skills. With a keen eye for detail, advanced styling composition knowledge, and a proactive approach to stakeholder management, you ensure that all content produced meets and exceeds expectations while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.
