Education and Training
£20 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities
* Deliver English and Maths GCSE tutoring sessions to students in need of additional support
* Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student learning
Minimum Qualifications
* Qualified teacher status (QTS)
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
* Experience in teaching English and Maths at GCSE level
* Strong understanding of the English and Maths GCSE curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience in delivering outreach or community-based education programmes
Working Conditions
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
* Potential travel to student homes or community centres for tutoring sessions
