Job Title: Corporate Sales Trainer
Location: Sernabatim, Colva, South Goa
Department: Sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development:
o Assess training needs through consultations with sales leaders, performance data, and employee feedback.
o Develop comprehensive sales training programs, including content, materials, and activities tailored to different learning styles and skill levels.
o Create and update training manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.
2. Training Delivery:
o Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for sales staff.
o Utilize various training methods and technologies, such as e-learning, simulations, role-playing, and case studies.
o Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they understand the company's sales processes and goals.
3. Performance Evaluation:
o Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
o Monitor and track the progress of participants, providing additional support or follow-up as needed.
o Adjust training methods and materials based on evaluation results and changing business needs.
4. Coaching and Support:
o Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales team members to reinforce training concepts and address specific challenges.
o Collaborate with sales managers to identify individual and team development needs.
o Offer guidance and support on best practices, sales techniques, and performance improvement strategies.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with sales leadership and other departments to ensure alignment between training programs and business objectives.
o Stay informed about industry trends, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies to keep training programs relevant and effective.
o Communicate training updates, schedules, and materials effectively to all stakeholders.
6. Reporting and Administration:
o Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
o Prepare reports and presentations on training effectiveness, participant feedback, and areas for improvement.
o Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Certification in Training and Development is a plus).
* Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, or similar role with a strong track record in sales training and development.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
* Proficiency in training tools and technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
* Ability to analyze performance data and adjust training programs accordingly.
Working Conditions and Benefits:
* Monday - Saturday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
