What you'll do
Our scheduling and support services team organises and manages the installation of meters for our customers.
We are striving to provide a friendly, efficient and cost-effective method to manage these installations, and we are looking for the right person to help us achieve our goal.
Working in an office-based environment, the role of Task Controller is highly varied and will involve:
* liaising regularly with customers, making appointments and providing excellent customer service
* arranging meter installations to be carried out, managing the meter technician's diaries and acting as the main point of contact between the customer and metering at the installation stage
* working self-sufficiently and as part of a team.
* receiving on-the-job training and regular coaching and mentoring to ensure you can perform in your role self-sufficiently.
What you'll need
You'll have excellent communication skills and be confident engaging with both customers and colleagues throughout the business, over the phone, face-to-face and via email.
You will also need:
* to be used to working towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets
* excellent organisation and time management skills
* a sound understanding of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
* experience using Dynamics (highly beneficial but not essential).
