We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative working out of our Webflex site in Worcester.
The full-time permanent role is for an experienced Customer Service Representative/sales admin role working within a print environment.
Working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, the responsibilities include:
* Providing customers with costs/quotes
* Processing of orders
* Dealing with telephone queries, which will include speaking to customers and colleagues internally and externally
* Performing clerical duties
You must be confident to work on your own initiative and be responsible for your own accounts, seeing them through from initial enquiry to delivery of goods. You will liaise with all departments within the business, so written and verbal communication skills are a must.
The right candidate must possess experience of working within a print environment, have great organisational skills, and be able to work within a fast-paced environment where being a team player is essential.
Print experience within wide-web flexo is advantageous; however, other print experience will be considered.
