What You'll Be Doing
As a Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be the crucial link between the customers and the technical knowledge that keeps the operations running smoothly.
You will:
Manage and complete customer approval documentation and questionnaires related to the manufacturing site and product formulations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Liaise with internal teams and customers to provide accurate and timely responses to technical queries.
Keep clear and organised records of all customer documentation requests.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline processes.
Support the R&D department with technical data and other key tasks.
What We're Looking For
We need someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality. If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to hear from you:
Strong understanding of food industry quality requirements (ISO, HACCP, BRC, GFSI, etc.).
Experience in a Quality, Technical, or R&D role in the food industry is a plus but not essential.
IT literate, particularly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with retail online specification systems (QADEX, Hamilton Grant, etc.) is beneficial.
Good understanding of food ingredients, their functionalities, and food labeling regulations.
