Our Housekeeping Team give the hotel the ‘wow’ factor. From the moment a guest walks into the hotel and through to their room the Housekeeping Team clean and service guest areas so everything is spotless and well-prepared.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
1. Clean and service assigned rooms or public areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash/rubbish, etc. May include turndowns, deep cleans and cleaning of kitchen area, room refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, cups, glasses, silverware, etc.
2. Ensure that work is accurate throughout and to the highest standard
3. Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations and any local legislative requirements
4. Greet and acknowledge guests
5. Respond to feedback, special requests and act to ensure guest satisfaction
6. Notify Guest Services when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied
7. Report any room unable to be serviced to your line manager according to established procedures
8. Report all maintenance issues on daily basis
9. Demonstrate personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimum results
10. Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping
11. Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
12. Display excellent team working skills; work well in a team environment and motivate co-workers to sustain exceptional levels of performance
13. Ability to follow brand standard and deliver cleanliness required by the company
14. Be aware of HK SOP’s, H&S procedures including COSHH
15. Demonstrate ability to proactively prioritise need of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
