Finance and Operations Manager (Full time or Part Time) We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role requires expertise in managing operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day business processes. 1. Operations Leadership: · Ownership of B2B orders, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. · Ownership of DTC operations – overseeing order processing, stock levels and stock takes, and overall efficiency. · Act as point of contact between HQ and our wholesale agency and all wholesale order related issues. · Act as a point of contact between operations and production teams to align on inventory needs, production · Management of Operations Co-ordinator 2. Financial Oversight : · Manage and coordinate Accounts Receivables including invoice factoring, ensuring all invoices are handled in a timely manner. · Monitor finances related to operations, keeping a close eye on budgets, expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency. · Provide support in financial planning and reporting, as needed. · Management of Xero Account 3. Wholesale Insurance Management: · Oversee wholesale insurance policies to ensure compliance and maintain active coverage. · Monitor and enforce credit terms, ensuring orders are fulfilled only when agreed-upon terms are met to uphold insurance requirements. · Add new customers and manage credit limits, working closely with insurers to ensure appropriate coverage levels. 4. Cross-Functional Communication : · Liaise regularly with both the Operations Coordinator and the Production team to align on timelines, resolve any fulfilment challenges, and streamline processes. · Serve as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and enhancing the workflow across operations and finance. Desired Skills and Experience : · Strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in wholesale and e-commerce fulfilment. · Financial acumen with experience in invoicing, budgeting, and reporting. · Excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a knack for streamlining processes. · Excellent communicator and stakeholder management skills Job Specification Updates: · We are unable to sponsor work visas for this role.
