Job Role: Electrical Supervisor
Location: HMP Grendon Springhill, Edgcott, Aylesbury, HP18 0TL
Salary: £47,803.07 (inclusive of £2,500 in allowances) plus an additional 5% basic salary in recognition of shift and weekend working (1 in 3)
Contract: Full Time - Perm (39 hours weekly)
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at HMP Grendon Springhill, which consists of two prisons on one site: HMP Grendon, a Category B training prison, and HMP Spring Hill, a Category D open prison.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues, including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a safe and secure environment for all.
We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor with any combination of the following qualifications:
1. Five years' experience as an electrician or equivalent
2. Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical building services
3. Experience of supervising staff
4. Full driving license, preferably with D1
5. C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
6. Certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements For Electrical Installations - 18th edition
7. Good Health & Safety knowledge
8. Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills
