Were looking for a confident, motivated, conceptually minded, and well organised Creative Assistant who wants to join a fast-moving marketing team at Brompton Bicycle. This role will get exposure to many different elements of the creative and communication teams, so will suit someone who is keen to jump in and learn on the job. Youll ideally have industry experience in both print and digital design, strong layout skills and the ability to maintain a consistent graphic look and feel across all channels. Alongside this your Creative Suite skills will be solid. A plus would be photographic skills. Creating compelling content throughout the year, including social first assets, PR product photography, and internal event coverage. On top of this, youll also have the chance to support the rest of the brand communications team, from supporting at Global events, to social media influencer content shoots. Key Responsibilities: Working with Senior Creative including but not limited to creative and art direction, ad-hoc commercial work and artworking when appropriate; - Liaising with freelance artworkers or junior designers to ensure timely, high quality delivery of projects Support creative team (brand strategist, campaign manager, senior creative) to develop well-rounded campaigns that promote the companies values whilst keeping the brand culturally relevant, and creatively fresh in its visual aesthetic Enforcing updated brand guidance on all key touchpoints, internally and externally Working with the creative team to ensure the digital asset management system content is available, tagged and searchable Be a key player in the creative team supporting all aspects of the brand, including in-store POS, sales literature, marketing and digital collateral and working with our various regional teams to enable them to deliver locally Support events team on large Global events such as Eurobike and Brompton World Championships Lead product logistics across brand communications team. An enthusiasm and interest in photography (and knowing your way around a camera) we dont expect you to be a working pro but it should be something you have a love for, even as a hobby. Previous experience working with creatives and stakeholders, studio or client-sde Ability to edit and deliver photography in required formats An understanding of print-workflows Comfortable working with both animated graphics and images A keen eye for typography and implementing visual styles from guidelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team and with different levels of stakeholders Desired Experience in work flows for multi-language versions Video editing or 3D skills are a bonus but not essential Basic technical knowledge and interest in bikes across disciplines Event management experience You might not tick all the boxes, and thats okay, we still encourage you to apply.
