Job Responsibilities:
* Establish a Retail Management Team: Build and lead a retail management team, develop retail promotional strategies, and ensure their effective implementation to expand market coverage and enhance the brand image.
* Sales Staff Training and Product Display Optimization: Conduct company briefings and product selling point training for frontline sales staff, optimize product displays at retail locations, deploy and manage in-store promotional materials, and help customers improve product sales efficiency and volume.
* Retail Operational: Identify issues in retail operations, create and execute efficient solutions, drive continuous improvements in retail operations, and thereby boost retail performance growth.
* Execution of In-Store and Consumer Marketing: Enhance the implementation of in-store and consumer marketing initiatives to ensure that marketing activities effectively reach the target consumers, thereby increasing brand awareness and product sales.
* Other Tasks: Complete additional tasks assigned by the department following the overall company strategy and actively support the implementation of the company’s strategic decisions.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
* At least 5 years of field sales management experience, including a minimum of 2 years in team management; experience in the e-cigarette industries is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated outstanding leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members to achieve targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with personnel at various levels.
* Possesses keen market insights and strong data analysis capabilities, enabling timely strategic adjustments in response to market changes.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
* Familiar with the UK retail market, with an understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, and capable of developing targeted marketing strategies.
* The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin is desirable for frequent liaising with our international partners and stakeholders.
