About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Adults Social Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. This new role is pivotal in driving forward our Adults Social Care services, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with current best practices and legislative requirements.
The key responsibilities within this role include leading and delivering service transformation projects, critically reviewing complex internal processes and providing technical expertise to shape overall project objectives.
Developing strategies that provide intuitive service experiences that meet both user and business requirements, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of new processes across the organisation.
About You
An excellent understanding of Adult Social Care and the challenges affecting the specialist area as well as experience of supporting and developing the LiquidLogic product is essential..
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, building relationships and communicating effectively at all levels, they will also possess the ability to think strategically.
Proven experience is necessary of managing multiple projects and priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
Candidates should demonstrate they are familiar with strong change management processes, able to manage risks effectively and be able to present business cases with detailed financial forecasts, risk assessments, current positions, options, and recommendations.
