We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be someone who is eager to empower end users in the use of IT systems, be that via day-to-day training on Clinical and Admin systems, or via the implementation of project workstreams such as system upgrades and new system rollouts.
We are a collaborative team, working across different local organisations to achieve shared goals, ultimately to provide the highest level of patient care possible.
This role sits within the Strategy and Delivery Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of NHIS. Our vision is to help transform care by being an integrated provider of ICT services and support, delivering a high-quality professional service that links strategy, innovation and technology for our local Health and Social care community. We aim to bring to life the local ICS ambitions of a joined-up health and social care economy that is not constrained by boundaries, a landscape where systems are integrated, allowing professionals to make fully informed choices within a digitally enabled culture that is efficient, safe, and secure.
