The Careers and Employability Service plays a key role in supporting students and graduates to enter professional employment or further study. We work with faculties to support positive graduate outcomes and other related key performance indicators, provide careers advice and guidance for students and graduates, and develop strong relationships with employers.
This role will be offered on a fixed-term basis until the end of July 2025.
About the Role:
As a Project Support Officer, you will:
* Work as part of a project team to coordinate a calling campaign.
* Undertake data processing analysis.
* Provide administration and event support.
About You:
We are looking for people with the following key skills and experiences:
* Exceptional time management and organisation and administrative skills.
* Excellent data processing skills.
* Ability to work with students and a range of colleagues across different teams.
* Ability to rapidly develop knowledge and understand complex processes.

Working Pattern:
* We work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days per week in the office. We are unable to consider applications for fully-remote positions.
* During the calling campaign and Graduate Week, the candidate will be required to work up to 5 days a week (Monday to Friday on campus).
