We are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our clients' team as an Administration Assistant.
Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain computer and paper-based document filing systems
* Review and distribute documents in line with agreed departmental procedures
* Maintain accurate computer and paper-based records, logging distributed documents
* Process responses to documents issued
* Chase responses to documents issued where required
* Administer requests for information and conduct periodic archiving
* Stay up to date with all company policies and procedures, industry legislation, and guidance applicable to your subject field
