Location: Hybrid - A blend of working from home and your nominated hub office, we have hubs in London, Bristol, Manchester, and Oxford. Specific patterns for working in the office are not mandated, and the frequency of time worked in the office is agreed with your manager. Meeting in person is something we value so you will need to travel on occasion to any of our hub offices.

About the role and the team:
This role is in the higher education and research directorate, which owns the relationship with and represents the HE and Research sector as per the Jisc operating model. In addition, we are responsible for the development and delivery of the higher education, research, and international sector strategies.
The main purpose of this role is to support the development and sustainability for the digital transformation bespoke consultancy offer at Jisc reporting to the Head of Consultancy.
This is a new service and as such as an Associate Scheme Co-ordinator you will typically provide administration support to enable the consultancy service to run effectively. There will also be administration support required to support other areas of the directorate as and when required such as The Digital Transformation Team. This role will involve some travel to other offices.
You will be an integral part in ensuring that our consultancy service and directorate runs smoothly and enabling efficient processes to ensure that we are delivering a high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate and administer the associate scheme effectively allowing us to deliver our consultancy service to a wide range of universities throughout the UK.
* Administer the recruitment, contracting, and invoicing processes, and ensure they are effective and fit for purpose.
* Support the co-ordination and timely recording of meeting minutes across the Directorate.
* Coordinate two networking days per year for all the associates and Jisc key stakeholders.
* Support the administration of working groups with representatives from higher education.
* Support the organisation of directorate-led events and co-ordination of dates for project meetings including supporting directorate members with registration for events and conferences.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Experience of contracting and invoicing processes essential.
* Proven experience of event management.
* Experience of providing support to users within a customer services environment, ideally within the Education sector.
* Can work accurately and pay scrupulous attention to detail, whilst communicating clearly and concisely with people of all levels of seniority.
* Work effectively and efficiently when dealing with high volumes and tight deadlines, being comfortable with juggling different projects at the same time.
* Proactive problem solver with ability to deliver solutions in a comprehensive way.
