What Does the RoleEntail?
As the Restaurant Manager,you will effectively lead the management team to ensure seamlessoperations and an exceptional dining experience. Yourresponsibilities will include overseeing service at tables,ensuring the team is well-trained, and delivering smooth service.You'll handle guest queries promptly and professionally, fosteringa positive dining experience for all guests. Additionally, you willdrive the brand's culture, training and developing thefront-of-house team to uphold our standards ofexcellence.
What Skills Will YouHave?
You will ideally haveprevious management experience in the restaurant scene, preferablywithin a premium restaurant. You should possess a passion fordelivering the highest levels of service and excellentorganisational and communication skills. Effective multitaskingabilities and the ability to motivate a team are essential, alongwith full rota flexibility.
