Job Description
My client is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join their team. As a key member of their marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to their properties.
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve My client's marketing goals.
2. Manage all social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Create engaging and high-quality content including posts, videos, and graphics optimized for each platform.
4. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytical tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure My client maintains a competitive edge.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
7. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image.
8. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency across all channels.
9. Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
10. Track and report on key social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
