Administration Assistant required for an immediate start working in the Trust’s Validation Team based in Craigavon Area Hospital. This is a temporary position for initially 3 months with possible extension. The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour.
The main duties will include :
* A range of admin support duties to assist in validation of outpatient review backlog waiting lists.
* Provide administrative support using a range of computerised databases, printing letters and extracting information from waiting lists.
* Recording data validation on PAS, sending letters to patients and recording comments on waiting lists.
What We Need From You
* 4 GCSE’s all grade C or above to include English
* 1 year administration experience
