We’re thrilled to go to market for a new IT Systems Specialist to join our dedicated IT Team. As an IT Systems Specialist at Solenis, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of our systems. You'll be based at our Bradford, West Yorkshire manufacturing site and will work closely with various departments to provide technical support, implement new technologies, and develop strategies to enhance our IT services. This role is essential to maintaining the seamless operation of our IT environment and supporting our business objectives. The role will require occasional travel both in the UK and across Europe. What you’ll be doing as an IT Systems Specialist Support a robust Microsoft based network running Windows 10 &11, Install, maintain troubleshoot and improve network devices such as routers, switches, WiFi access points. Plan new deployments, suggest network improvements, and resolve network communication problems. Under the guidance of IT representatives, duties may include: asset management, moving equipment within and/or between facilities, staging equipment for build/image activity, executing equipment replacement activity, updating asset management system to reflect work performed, monitoring daily activity. Installing and maintaining PC hardware and software, troubleshooting network usage and computer peripherals, preparing assets for disposition, other administrative duties. Microsoft Intune Administration, user & computer provision in Autopilot. About you Minimum 3 years’ experience with networks, Routers, switches and PC support, including deployment. PC hardware troubleshooting and repair. Server, PC and Laptop expertise needed to perform the duties of this position. Any certification for Microsoft O365 Administration / Intune Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Adaptable to change in process or required activities. Knowledge of ITSM Tools SD to support troubleshooting / triage of IT support incident / service requests.
