Core responsibilities will typically include:
1. Raising pre-contract proposals to Interior Designers and converting them to full hardware schedules when the contractor requests
2. Owning and maintaining a pipeline of projects/deals, ensuing that data and details are accurate and realistic
3. Forensic and creative follow up of projects/deals (mainly telephone based), keeping in touch with the key stakeholder(s) at each stage of the pipeline until a PO is placed.
