Catalent Pharma Solutions are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Analyst to join our Financial shared service supporting customer service for both Accounts Payable and Receivable in Swindon.
As a Customer Service Analyst your working hours will be to meet our US based clients and will be required to work Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00.
The Customer Service Analyst will work within the financial shared services team supporting both Accounts Payable and Receivable, they will work with the Manager of customer services to ensure that the business partners, internal stakeholders, and our suppliers receive effective and accurate support from the shared services organization.
The Role
Ensure timely and compliant replies to our customers (internal and external).
Work with external agencies/suppliers to ensure that statement reviews are done timely and customer expectations are met
Support Global AP Leader and Global AR Leader with additional projects as requested
The Candidate
Account Payable Or Accounts Receivable experience is preferred
German language skills would be an advantage (reading, writing)
Excellent verbal, analytical, inter-personal skills, Excel skills
JD Edwards ERP system knowledge is an advantage
Ability to work with ticketing system, for query resolution (salesforce an advantage)
Ability to manage email inbox and phone queries relating to invoicing from clients and be prepared when required to investigate to resolve query
