You will support contract renewal quotations with the assistance of the applicable sales manager.
Working closely with existing and new customers, you will be responsible for developing and maximizing business opportunities.
You will be required to work with, and provide support for, the designated Area/Regional Industrial Service Sales Manager in conjunction with whom you will manage and track all outstanding quotes through to order placement.
The position will require you to provide regular reports and forecasts to the Sales Director – Northern Europe.
Scope/missions: Service Sales (Remedial and Contract Renewal) : Review and develop the documentation, processes, sales tools and supporting literature for the sale of Chloride offerings Have contact with customers regarding remedial sales activities in your region; with internal & external customers, suppliers & negotiate with customers regarding follow up of outstanding quotations in conjunction with the regions fields based sales staff Prepare & submit quotations for remedial, reactive & pro-active opportunities Manage the sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce) Life Cycle : Work with the Area Sales Manager in the creation and update of Life Cycle Partners Service Order processing and Invoicing : Process and credit check each order in line with Chloride process on receipt of customers orders Load both sales and service information onto the relevant business IT system after confirmed acceptance of the customer Ensure that all information relevant to the customer’s order and your associated quotation for material ordering, engineer allocation and customer contact Management of quotations pipeline in CRM Provide the SM with monthly order forecasting & trending Reporting : Provide KPI on both sales & financial performance; statistics on forecasting / trending.
Profile : Previous experience of inside sales/sales support Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building Excellent organizational and time management skills, written and verbal communications Commercially astute with good negotiation skills Place : Remote – UK based.
Preferrably in Scotland Type of contrat : Permanent Working Time : Full Time
