Chef, The New Inn So, what will I be doing? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef to join our small, busy team. Using quality ingredients that showcase the results of our regenerative farming, the kitchen team are responsible for delivering excellent wholesome dishes and delicious, tasty treats for our employees, suppliers, guests of Yeo Valley and of course the public. No day here in the Valley is ever the same so one day you could be cooking and serving a breakfast at our HQ, cooking a Sunday lunch at our newly opened pub or assisting in an event for up to 150 people. Collaborating with the kitchen team as a whole to create new seasonal recipes and menu plan. Producing and serving consistently high quality food Helping to ensure that all ordering of goods is processed through the correct approved suppliers to guarantee consistent use of ingredients and traceability Along with the rest of the team, carry out and implement Health & Safety standards to maintain 5 star status in Venues from the EHO Hours: This is a full-time 40 hour per week role working within the Yeo Valley Estate, 5 out of 7 days. Hours ranging from 10:00am – 10:00pm. You will be expected to work bank holidays and weekends. Sounds interesting, what do I need?
