As an Administrator (bank) at our Tees Hospital, you’re able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn’t essential. Key Responsibilities To ensure complex administration and support meets all required standards and timescales. To manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and /or situations. To handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary. To ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format. To prepare standard and adhoc reports as requested and required by the department To provide clinic support, including but not limited to: The provision of professional patient and consultant liaisons Appointment bookings and changes Co-ordination of room /consultant availability Consultant/GP partnerships Create, alter or cancel clinics as required to support business needs The Person As an experienced Customer Service individual you will have the following skills; Previous experience working in a fast paced customer service environment Demonstrable ability to prioritise and organise a workload of changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent telephone manner Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, bespoke database Excellent attention to detail An understanding of the importance of policies and operating procedures Helping you feel good.
