Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? We’re looking for two motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our dedicated team at Purbeck Sports Centre. As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring every visitor has a positive experience. You’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Centre. What You’ll Be Doing: Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email Handling queries about our facilities, events, and activities Managing bookings and payments using our point-of-sale system (cash and card) Supporting with general administration, including record-keeping and promotional materials Promoting memberships and driving sales About You You’ll be confident, approachable, and a team player with: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) The ability to thrive in a busy environment Good IT skills (training provided) Initiative and problem-solving abilities Previous experience in a customer-facing role Working Hours Flexibility is key—you’ll work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and during holiday periods.
