The Role:
* As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will support and assist the Food and Beverage Manager
* Manage operations of all Food and Beverage outlets and deliver an excellent Guest Experience
* Deliver exceptional levels of customer service
* Ensure compliance of brand standards and where possible exceeding brand expectations
* Develop, manage, and train the Food and Beverage team
* Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food Costs, Liquor Costs and Payroll
* Support with beverage control procedures and stocktaking
* Maximise sales and revenue opportunities across Food and Beverage
* Support with appraisals and performance reviews with teams under your responsibility
* Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
* Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
