This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, multi-professional team that recognises and upholds ESNEFT's drive to develop an outstanding clinical workforce to support our patients.
We are looking for a qualified, experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated GP to complement our established team in the Urgent Treatment Centre.
The Urgent Treatment Centre provides urgent medical treatment of acute illness and will give successful candidates the chance to work directly with colleagues in Emergency Medicine to further enhance their clinical skills. The GP role will be at the forefront of service provision and integral in supporting the Multidisciplinary Team in the provision and delivery of prompt, safe, and timely intervention.
The Centre is open 0800-0000, 7 days a week, including weekends and Bank Holidays with a variety of shifts available.
The post holder will provide professional leadership, clinical expertise, and manage same-day presentations of patients to ESNEFT’s Urgent and Emergency Care Centre in Ipswich.
As a GP in the service, you’ll be based in a fast-paced dynamic environment and work in partnership with primary and secondary care colleagues, as well as other agencies, to secure a smooth patient journey across the whole patient pathway.
The post holder will also act as a role model while promoting clinical effectiveness and delivering outstanding clinical practice.
