JOB DESCRIPTION
The New Business Team is responsible for bringing in and onboarding new clients and new business, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. The team is responsible for the entire setup process from generating leads, producing tenders, formalising management agreements, setting up new developments and ensuring a smooth handover onto the Estates Management team for ongoing management.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Acting as one of the main points of contact for Freeholder and Developer Clients / RMC Directors / Previous Managing Agents.
2. Attending/completing Business Development proposal presentations and Mobilisation client meetings/pre-handover inspections where required.
3. Completion of general administrative duties to support the Mobilisation and Business Development teams with the tendering and initial setup of developments, including:
1. Producing and updating proposal documents.
2. Ensuring management agreements are agreed and signed.
3. Completing Lease/TP1 precis.
4. Overseeing the accurate input of Development Record details onto the property software system.
4. Completion of administrative duties to support the Mobilisation team in the operational onboarding of developments, including:
1. Overseeing the preparation of Welcome Letters and packs.
2. Ensuring sufficient insurance cover for all aspects of the development.
3. Ensuring all legally required safety surveys have been completed.
4. Overseeing the transfer of all communal utility contracts.
5. Assisting with service contract tenders and setup.
5. Undertake other general duties as required from time to time to assist in the success of Premier Estates.

1. English GCSE level 4 (grade C) or above
2. Maths GCSE level 4 (grade C) or above
3. IRPM 2 (Affiliate)
4. Property industry experience
5. Residential property management experience
6. Microsoft Office, basic
